Job Description

SBM Management Services seeks a Bilingual Field Recruiter to lead frontline staffing on site in Davenport, IA, supporting operations across Iowa and Colorado.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate directly with Operations and HR to identify and address staffing needs
  • Lead the frontline recruitment strategy for the assigned site or region
  • Organize and execute high-volume job fairs, including candidate interviews and offers
  • Coordinate background checks and drug testing where applicable
  • Travel as necessary to provide regional staffing support
  • Develop and share recruiting best practices with sites in need
  • Schedule and run staffing calls for sites with urgent hiring requirements
  • Keep HR Field informed of recruitment issues and escalate as needed
  • Track open positions by region and maintain records in the applicant tracking system
  • Prescreen, interview, hire, and onboard frontline employees as required
  • Manage confidential information related to non-exempt employees
  • Collaborate with HR Field to manage background checks, drug tests, and new-hire approvals
  • Train management on interviewing and hiring processes
  • Conduct wage surveys to determine competitive pay rates
  • Collect, analyze, and communicate recruiting metrics for the supported geographies
  • Provide weekly updates on supported sites to managers, HR directors, and Corporate Initiatives
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve recruiting strategies
  • Support transitions and travel to assist in recruiting efforts when needed
  • Support online recruiting efforts to attract candidates
  • Coordinate job fairs or hiring events as requested by sites
  • Maintain data on recruitment activities, applicant flow, interviews, and hires
  • Prepare and analyze statistical reports to monitor applicant flow, selection, and turnover
  • Work on site or at SBM offices as applicable
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Job Overview
