Job Description

Stride Autism Centers seeks an Experienced Healthcare Recruiter to steward the candidate journey from first interest through onboarding. This role blends personalized candidate advocacy with strategic sourcing and close collaboration with clinic leadership to ensure new hires are a strong cultural and clinical fit, including identifying RBTs and BCBAs and leveraging the ATS to reinforce the Stride brand.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary advocate and professional face of Stride, delivering high-touch, timely communication ( verbal and written ) to provide each candidate with personalized updates within 24–48 hours and a best-in-class experience.
Partner with clinic leadership to align hiring efforts with clinical caseloads, ensuring new hires fit culturally and clinically rather than simply filling a seat.
Review and optimize the entire candidate journey to remove friction and ensure a smooth transition from application to orientation.
Source talent creatively across job boards, social media, and networking channels.
Use the ATS as the authoritative source of truth to improve recruitment workflows and processes.
Coordinate with local teams to schedule video interviews and facilitate second-round onsite evaluations.
Leverage ATS automation and scheduling tools to reduce administrative friction while preserving a human touch.
Provide the Director of Talent Acquisition with updates on recruiting needs and pipeline health.
Represent Stride’s brand consistently across all recruiting channels and interactions, maintaining a professional, authentic, and values-driven presence at events, on social media, and in candidate communications.
Participate in job fairs, conferences, and in-house hiring events to build a community of prospective talent.
Conduct internet research to stay ahead of market trends and talent availability.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Experience: 3+ years of recruiting and onboarding experience required; experience with human services organizations or healthcare preferred.
Technical Expertise: Experience using a wide range of talent-sourcing channels and strong computer skills.
Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication, strong rapport-building abilities, and excellent time management.
Attitude: Positive, growth-oriented mindset with the ability to learn quickly and adapt as business needs evolve.

Job Description

SBM Management Services seeks a Bilingual Field Recruiter to lead frontline staffing on site in Davenport, IA, supporting operations across Iowa and Colorado.

Responsibilities

Collaborate directly with Operations and HR to identify and address staffing needs
Lead the frontline recruitment strategy for the assigned site or region
Organize and execute high-volume job fairs, including candidate interviews and offers
Coordinate background checks and drug testing where applicable
Travel as necessary to provide regional staffing support
Develop and share recruiting best practices with sites in need
Schedule and run staffing calls for sites with urgent hiring requirements
Keep HR Field informed of recruitment issues and escalate as needed
Track open positions by region and maintain records in the applicant tracking system
Prescreen, interview, hire, and onboard frontline employees as required
Manage confidential information related to non-exempt employees

Train management on interviewing and hiring processes
Conduct wage surveys to determine competitive pay rates
Collect, analyze, and communicate recruiting metrics for the supported geographies
Provide weekly updates on supported sites to managers, HR directors, and Corporate Initiatives
Continuously seek opportunities to improve recruiting strategies
Support transitions and travel to assist in recruiting efforts when needed
Support online recruiting efforts to attract candidates
Coordinate job fairs or hiring events as requested by sites
Maintain data on recruitment activities, applicant flow, interviews, and hires
Prepare and analyze statistical reports to monitor applicant flow, selection, and turnover
Work on site or at SBM offices as applicable
Perform other duties as assigned
