Anderson Trucking Service (ATS) in Saint Cloud, Minnesota is building a Driver Recruiting team and is adding an Inside Sales Driver Recruiter role to support the end-to-end hiring journey for qualified over-the-road truck drivers. This is an onsite, fast-paced position focused on sourcing candidates, building momentum quickly, and coordinating the steps that lead to orientation.
In this inside sales and recruiting role, you will use ATS processes to identify strong driving talent, respond promptly to applicants, and help candidates find the right driving opportunity within the organization. You will also partner with Operations Driver Support and Safety Coordinators to support pre-approval and ensure a smooth transition to orientation day.
Responsibilities
- Source and attract qualified over-the-road truck drivers using ATS’s proven recruiting processes.
- Contact qualified applicants within 24 hours to maintain engagement and hiring momentum.
- Act as a program expert by guiding drivers through available driving opportunities to match them to an ATS fit.
- Coordinate with Operations Driver Support and Safety Coordinators to help move candidates toward pre-approval for orientation.
- Make hiring decisions and schedule drivers for orientation.
- Support the sign-on experience by tracking applications, keeping candidates engaged, and recognizing key approval milestones.
- Coordinate orientation activities by placing drivers into the appropriate divisions and completing pre-orientation tasks on time.
Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of sales or recruiting experience preferred.
- Comfortable using essential office tools including telephone systems, 10-key, and personal computers.
- High-energy, driven, creative, and persuasive team player with strong attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and able to learn new systems quickly.
- Exceptional communication capability across written, verbal, and listening channels.
- Self-motivated and independent, able to take initiative and drive outcomes.

Compensation & Benefits
This position offers a yearly salary range of $45,000 to $74,000 onsite in Saint Cloud, MN, with total cash compensation ranging from $58,000 to $74,000. The offer includes a base salary beginning in the $40,000 to $50,000 range plus position-specific incentive.
- Base salary determination based on relevant experience, education, certifications, and geographic location compared to peers in substantially similar roles.
