Staffing Agency Recruiter

Noble Staffing Solutions is looking for a Part-Time Recruiter in Fontana, CA (onsite). This role supports a recruiting team that connects candidates with opportunities while helping clients move quickly through staffing and onboarding needs. You will manage key pieces of the recruiting workflow, use modern applicant tracking tools, and help keep onboarding and client payroll steps on track. The position offers life insurance and paid time off, along with an onsite environment in Fontana.

What you’ll do

• Handle the full recruitment cycle, from job posting through onboarding for new hires.
• Use applicant tracking systems including iCIMS and Lever to manage candidates and streamline hiring progress.
• Run interviews and evaluate candidates against role requirements.
• Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and coordinate effectively.
• Apply social media management to promote open roles and engage potential candidates.
• Work with HR teams to support smooth onboarding for new employees.
• Use clock systems to manage employee data and payroll information related to new hires.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and provide regular reporting on hiring progress.
• Support client payroll by processing payroll and coordinating necessary approvals.
• Drive to the client’s site for payroll approvals and check in new associates.

What you bring

• Proven experience in recruitment or human resources, preferably in a corporate setting.
• Bilingual capability.
• Strong interviewing skills with the ability to assess qualifications effectively.
• Excellent relationship management skills with a focus on building rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
• Knowledge of sales principles is a plus to strengthen candidate engagement.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while staying detail-oriented.
• Proficiency in social media management for recruitment.
• A proactive sourcing approach using job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Valid driver license.
