Description

This is your chance to join the Amazon University Talent Acquisition team and contribute to graduate student hiring across all Amazon businesses. The role is based in Seattle, WA onsite, with a salary range of USD 137,900 to 186,500 per year. The AUTA Recruiting Business Partner will be aligned to the business, working closely with business leaders.

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic guidance to business leaders and stakeholders to develop and implement student hiring strategies that support long-term growth.
  • Document recruitment plans with deliverables, timelines, and a formal tracking process.
  • Collaborate with hiring teams to design effective student sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches while managing partner expectations through a strong understanding of return on investment.
  • Lead or participate in special projects and initiatives, evaluating interviewing techniques, calibrating with Hiring Managers, and crafting engagement strategies to attract top student talent.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of corporate or search firm progressive recruiting experience, including full life cycle recruiting.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience across other functional areas of talent acquisition, ideally diversity recruiting, research or analytics
  • Experience building and utilizing a variety of sourcing plans and tools, including proactive phone and internet research
