Colonial Life is hiring a Sales, Recruiting and Training Manager for a hybrid remote position in the Cerritos, CA area. This contract role supports the growth of a sales team through recruiting, field coaching, client relationship management, and structured training activities across the Orange County region.
Role Overview
The Sales, Recruiting and Training Manager will train, mentor, and develop team members to support a strong sales organization. The position includes sourcing and selecting individuals, conducting field training, maintaining relationships with clients, and helping coordinate team meetings and training exercises.
Key Responsibilities
