Job Description
Goodwin Recruiting is building a team of professionals who have government, defense, or cleared contracting experience and want to grow an entrepreneurial full-desk recruiting practice in the federal space. This remote opportunity supports you with national brand backing, ongoing mentorship, and the tools, tech, and training needed to launch quickly. Compensation is 100% commission-based, with most partners earning $100K–$200K+ and unlimited earning potential.
This role focuses on launching your own recruiting business serving government clients and leveraging GSA opportunities. If you are experienced in government contracting, defense, or cleared work, you can use your background to connect employers with the right talent in a sector that values credibility and domain knowledge.
