Recruiter

Uline is hiring a Recruiter for its Connecticut facility. This role supports full-cycle recruiting for a growing warehouse operation and works closely with hiring managers to align talent needs with the right candidates.

Role Overview

As a Recruiter, you will help match quality candidates to roles across the Plainfield warehouse. The position emphasizes partnership with hiring managers, candidate evaluation, and building relationships across talent communities to support ongoing staffing needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting to support staffing across all levels of a growing warehouse operation, from entry-level roles to technical and high-level positions.
• Source and recruit quality active and passive candidates using job boards, sourcing tools, social media, and established networking relationships.
• Partner with hiring managers to identify talent needs, define job duties, and confirm required qualifications and skills for recruitment planning.
• Interview applicants to evaluate fit with position requirements.
• Build and maintain relationships with recruiting agencies, universities, and other talent organizations.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field.
• 3+ years of HR recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel to recruitment events and Uline’s North American locations for initial training.

Compensation and Location

Location: Coventry, RI (onsite)

Salary: USD 68,000 to 100,000 per year

Training and On-Site Requirements

All positions are on-site. New hires must complete a pre-employment hair follicle drug screening.
