Internal Recruiter

This full-time, onsite Internal Recruiter role offers a robust benefits package and the opportunity to influence talent acquisition across production, quality, engineering, and administrative teams within a manufacturing setting. Responsibilities

• Fill roles across production, quality, engineering, and administrative functions.
• Proactively source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and creative outreach.
• Review resumes and screen candidates for qualifications and cultural fit.
• Conduct initial phone screens and assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Continuously improve sourcing strategies and identify new recruiting channels.
• Provide a positive candidate experience from first contact through the interview stage.

Requirements

• Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR support; full-cycle recruiting preferred.
• Strong sourcing and candidate outreach skills.
• Comfortable conducting phone screens and evaluating candidates.
• Organized, responsive, and able to manage multiple open roles.
• Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision.
