Field Recruiter

As a Field Recruiter, you will represent Swift Transportation in your assigned region while building relationships with commercial driving schools and training academies. This onsite role in Denver, CO is focused on travel within the region and operates independently with general direction, helping ensure schools and students receive current information about Swift and a strong recruiting experience.

What you’ll do

• Represent Swift and its values to independent commercial driving schools within your assigned geographic region.
• Build and maintain constructive, cooperative relationships with school owners, instructors, and leaders.
• Strengthen ongoing connections with driving schools and academies to support recruitment efforts.
• Deliver presentations and portray Swift positively during formal and informal events.
• Conduct initial on-site interviews with students and assess whether they will be successful at Swift.
• Route appropriate contact information to the Driver Recruiter for additional follow-up and/or processing.
• Ensure each location has the most current Swift information and that materials are placed in highly visible areas.
• Help ensure team-defined metrics are adhered to by assigned team members.
• Provide students with current information on the benefits of working at Swift.
• Act and communicate in a way that supports a positive image of Swift as an employer of choice.
• Proactively assist others in achieving the organization’s objectives.

What you’ll bring

• 2 years of experience in recruiting and/or outside sales required.
• Knowledge of the transportation industry preferred.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Associates’ degree in business or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience required.

Salary & location

Pay range: $53,500.00 - $70,000.00 Annual

Location: Denver, CO (onsite)

Travel: 100% of the time traveling within an assigned region.
