Driver Recruiter

PGT Trucking seeks an on-site Driver Recruiter in the Aliquippa, PA area. This role focuses on sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding qualified flatbed truck drivers while supporting candidate progression through the hiring process using PGT benefits information.

Role Summary

As a Driver Recruiter, you will help grow the fleet by identifying strong candidates and guiding applicants through onboarding. The position includes reviewing PGT benefits to encourage candidates during key steps of the process and supporting recruiting across multiple driver ownership and operation types.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage potential leads quickly to encourage submission of a complete application
• Identify quality candidates for flatbed trucking opportunities
• Apply a thorough understanding of PGT benefits to actively recruit applicants to PGT
• Use the ATS to document the hiring and onboarding process accurately
• Search proactively for potential leads using company resources

Required Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED; additional education is preferred
• Experience with truck driver recruitment is preferred
• Ability to meet department goals for daily talk time on the phone with new candidates
• Capability to quickly prequalify candidates and identify the best fit
• Strong relationship-building skills to keep candidates engaged throughout the hiring process
