CDL Driver Recruiter

Reveille Trucking Inc is hiring a CDL Driver Recruiter in San Juan, TX (hybrid). Responsibilities

• Recruit and hire qualified CDL Class A drivers
• Manage applicants from first contact through orientation
• Advertise openings across multiple platforms including Indeed, Facebook, Craigslist, and other recruiting channels
• Conduct phone interviews and perform pre-screening of applicants
• Maintain frequent communication with prospective drivers using calls, text, and email
• Build relationships with CDL schools, referral sources, and industry contacts
• Track recruiting metrics and continuously improve hiring results
• Work closely with operations to understand current hiring needs

Requirements

• Previous recruiting experience (transportation industry preferred)
• Excellent communication and sales skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Organized and detail-oriented approach to managing applicants and processes
• Comfort using recruiting software, social media, and online job boards
• Ability to build trust and create long-term relationships with drivers
