Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruiting from sourcing through offer, collaborating with hiring leaders from kickoff to close.
- Work closely with hiring leaders and internal stakeholders, applying data to advise on hiring decisions and align expectations.
- Lead debrief discussions and communicate updates on active searches.
- Treat candidates as valued consumers, ensuring a high-quality experience through clear communication and respectful process flows.
- Engage in strategic talent planning with HRBP and business partners to identify current gaps and future opportunities.
- Ensure adherence to hiring policies and best practices throughout the recruitment process.
- Utilize online recruiting resources to identify diverse, qualified candidates for current roles and critical business vacancies.
- Maintain compliance with employment laws and tracking requirements, including OFCCP compliance.
- Coordinate interview scheduling in partnership with the Talent Acquisition Coordinator (TAC).
- Build, negotiate, and extend offers within compensation guidelines under the direction of hiring managers.
- Manage hiring leader expectations and business goals through bi-weekly reviews and status updates.
- Foster relationships across all levels of the business to understand needs and tailor recruiting strategies.
- Pipeline exceptional candidates for future opportunities and stay informed about market trends to guide searches.
- Leverage expertise to drive recruitment expectations and navigate complex searches.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or University Degree
- Minimum 5 years of professional recruitment experience
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future

Preferred Experience and Skills
- Master’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
- Tech-forward mindset with experience using Workday
- Proven sourcing experience via LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting tools
- Knowledge of recruiting and staffing laws, including OFCCP
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
Job Requirements
Full-time onsite role located in Racine, WI. After a 90-day onboarding period, eligible employees may work remotely one day per week. This position does not include relocation assistance.
