Recruiting Manager

Cornerstone Caregiving is hiring a full-time Recruiting Manager to support caregiver hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and after-hours coverage in Mason City, IA.

Responsibilities

• Interview, hire, onboard, and train caregivers
• Assist with incoming calls from prospective and current clients and caregivers
• Provide general operational support to the Operating Director
• Rotate after-hours phone coverage to help ensure shifts are properly staffed

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience working in home care/healthcare
• Minimum 1 year of managerial experience
• Driver’s License (Required)
• Ability to commute to Mason City, IA 50401 (Required)

Compensation

• $40,000.00 per year
• Salary range: USD 40,000 - 40,000
