Recruiter 4-HR

Oracle is seeking a recruiting professional to support talent acquisition efforts across assigned Lines of Business. This onsite role in Tampa, FL partners closely with management to identify, recruit, and qualify candidates, while building resourcing and recruiting programs that help deliver quality hires.

In this position, you will manage recruiting initiatives nationally, oversee the full recruiting life cycle for your business areas, and contribute to strategies that support hiring plans within organizational budget parameters.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with management to identify, recruit, and qualify Oracle’s top talent on a national basis.
• Develop and implement recruitment and resourcing programs.
• Identify, recruit, and qualify potential candidates aligned with hiring initiatives for assigned Lines of Business.
• Assist in developing and executing the recruiting strategy, including identifying creative recruiting approaches.
• Participate in the candidate selection process.
• Plan and execute recruitment events.
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with candidates.
• Develop recruiting strategy with Oracle’s Lines of Business to support quality hires within the organization’s budget.
• Manage the full recruiting life cycle within assigned Oracle Lines of Business.
• Serve as a technical specialist in sourcing, recruiting, and identifying qualified applicants for highly specialized and difficult-to-attract positions.
• Implement recruiting plans with a diversity lens.
• Plan, execute, and manage interviews for candidates and managers.
• Lead development of collateral material for recruitment initiatives.
• May train and mentor other team members.
• Have project lead role.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
