IHT Recruiting Manager

Staffmark is seeking an In House Temporary Recruiting Manager for the Carson, CA team (onsite) to support human resources services tied to hiring and employee lifecycle needs.

Responsibilities

• Use human resources expertise to source, hire, and place employees aligned with customer needs
• Review market trends to inform recruiting methods, staffing trends, and competitive wage information for employee selection
• Act as a liaison between the customer and employees
• Investigate and document matters that require intervention
• Research and pursue new business opportunities for the company
• Identify and support additional services for current customers
• Strengthen the company’s external presence by building and maintaining relationships and activities with local organizations and community leaders

Requirements

• 2-3 years of similar experience in staffing, customer service, or human resources
• Outstanding customer service
• Ethical conduct

• Excellent written and oral communication skills

• Good skills using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
