Job Description

Medholdings is seeking an experienced HR Recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle, engage with universities to build educational partnerships, and oversee onboarding and offboarding processes. This on-site role in Guaynabo, Puerto Rico, also provides support for Employee Relations, contributing to a well-organized and engaged workforce.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and assist with Career Fairs
  • Manage University Preceptorship initiatives to forge educational partnerships in the search for staff and/or interns
  • Knowledge of onboarding and offboarding procedures
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, etc.)
  • Support in Employee Relations activities
  • Provide interview training to assigned personnel
  • Coordinate activities, including monthly and yearly employee recognition
  • Ability to multitask while maintaining focus
  • Proven 3 years of experience across the full recruiting lifecycle, including Job Posting, Resume Evaluation, and conducting phone, virtual, and in-person interviews
  • Coordinate interviews and related processes

Requirements

  • 3 years of experience in a Human Resources department
  • Coordination and assistance with Employment Fairs
  • University Preceptorship management for educational partnerships in search of personnel and/or interns
  • Knowledge of onboarding and offboarding
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, etc.)
  • Support in Employee Relations activities
  • Interview training for assigned personnel
  • Ability to multitask without losing focus

Education

Bachillerato en Administración de Empresas, Concentration in Recursos Humanos
