Bilingual Staffing Recruiter

XL Pro Staffing and Consulting is hiring a Bilingual Staffing Recruiter in North Las Vegas, NV (onsite) to manage full-cycle recruiting in support of client staffing needs.

Responsibilities

• Post job openings across job boards, social media, and other recruiting platforms
• Source and screen candidates for active job opportunities
• Conduct phone and in-person interviews
• Support onboarding, including I-9 documentation, drug testing, background checks, and orientation
• Coordinate with hiring managers and internal teams on staffing needs and recruiting updates
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines using referrals, networking, community outreach, colleges, and nonprofit organizations
• Maintain accurate candidate and employee records in the applicant tracking system
• Assist with job fairs, hiring events, community outreach, and employee recognition initiatives
• Partner with the Account Manager to support client staffing needs
• Track recruiting activity and provide updates on hiring progress
• Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and required documentation

Requirements

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
• Previous recruiting experience preferred, especially for high-volume or bilingual recruiting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented approach with strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to multitask and perform in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with job boards, sourcing platforms, and social media recruiting (preferred)
• Comfort conducting phone and in-person interviews
• Flexible and dependable, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
