Bilingual Staffing Recruiter

Epic Personnel Partners, LLC is seeking a Bilingual Staffing Recruiter to support high-volume warehouse recruitment with weekend flexibility in Ashland, VA (onsite).

Responsibilities

• High-Volume Recruiting: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for high-volume hiring needs, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding for warehouse roles.
• Candidate Sourcing: Tap multiple channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and recruiting events to attract qualified candidates.
• Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline to ensure timely staffing of open positions.
• Compliance: Ensure all recruiting activities align with company policies and applicable employment laws.
• Weekend Flexibility: Be available to work weekends as needed to support hiring events or urgent recruitment needs.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of high-volume recruiting experience, preferably in a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Flexibility: Availability to work weekends and adjust schedules based on business demands.
• Skills: Strong organizational abilities, excellent communication, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Language: Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Compensation and Location

• Salary: USD 20 - 23 per hour
• Location: Ashland, VA (onsite)
