St. Martin Early Learning Center is seeking a detail-oriented Recruiter to lead staffing efforts while supporting family enrollment and community outreach at our Erie, Pennsylvania location. The role focuses on filling qualified educator positions and delivering strong enrollment support to prospective families.
Responsibilities
- Create and manage job postings across multiple platforms, including Indeed.
- Source, evaluate, and engage qualified candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain up-to-date applicant tracking records and hiring documentation.
- Perform employment reference checks.
- Oversee onboarding for new employees.
- Ensure all employment documents, include clearances and certifications, are complete and accurate before hire.
- Support recruitment events, job fairs, and community outreach initiatives.
- Develop relationships with colleges, workforce agencies, and community organizations to attract candidates.
- Respond to inquiries from prospective families regarding enrollment and program availability.
- Guide families through the enrollment process.
- Maintain precise enrollment records and waiting lists.
- Assist with enrollment documentation and child file management.
- Collaborate with leadership to monitor classroom availability and enrollment needs.
- Maintain confidential employee and enrollment records.
- Prepare reports and correspondence as needed.
- Assist with special projects and administrative tasks.
- Support the leadership team with recruitment and enrollment initiatives.
- Maintain accurate databases and personnel files.
Requirements
