The EMS Talent Acquisition Specialist / Healthcare Recruiter collaborates with the Operations team to source, engage, and hire EMS and healthcare professionals for AmeriPro Health in Louisville, KY, with an onsite work arrangement.

Responsibilities
- Candidate Sourcing & Pipeline Development: identify, attract, and maintain a steady pipeline of qualified EMS talent across assigned markets.
- Candidate Engagement & Pre-Screening: conduct outreach, assess candidate fit, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Offer Management & Onboarding Launch: facilitate offer presentation, acceptance, and a smooth transition into onboarding.
- EMS School & Program Engagement: build and sustain partnerships with EMS schools, training programs, and community partners to strengthen long-term pipelines.
- Participation in EMS Expos & Association Events: represent AmeriPro Health at state and regional EMS events to promote brand visibility and recruitment efforts.
- Employee Experience Liaison: serve as a bridge between Talent Acquisition and Operations to support retention and employee engagement initiatives.
- Employee Referral Program: champion and drive participation in the internal referral program to expand sourcing through existing employee networks.

Requirements
- At least 3 years of healthcare recruitment experience, preferably in a high-paced environment.
- EMS recruitment experience is preferred, with exposure to hospitals, clinics, skilled nursing facilities (SNFs), and long-term care (LTC) settings.
- Experience recruiting for healthcare roles such as paramedics and EMTs is preferred.
- Familiarity with healthcare industry regulations and credentialing/licensing requirements.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, specifically iCIMS and UKG.
- Proficiency in Smartsheet for tracking workflow.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
