You will use Ashby and AI tools daily to maintain pipeline quality, coordinate interviews, and improve candidate communication.

Schedule and coordinate interviews across hiring managers, panelists, and candidates.
Run clear, timely candidate communications and maintain a consistently strong candidate experience at high volume.
Keep scorecards and business case materials up to date, ensuring hiring managers test consistently.
Identify and flag process friction early so it does not compound.

SDR/BDR experience is a strong plus.
A record of overachieving against a goal or quota in any context.
Ability to multitask reliably with many candidates and stakeholders in motion without misses.
High emotional intelligence, including reading the room, adapting quickly, and knowing when to push or hold back.
Comfort handling sensitive compensation and candidate information with discretion.
Strong organization and attention to detail, catching issues before they become problems.
