AVOW Inc is seeking a Staffing Partner to support end-to-end hiring for clinical and professional roles within its HR function. Working under the general direction of the HR Payroll Manager, this onsite position in Naples, FL focuses on full-cycle clinical recruiting while assisting with broader HR responsibilities tied to onboarding, documentation, and compliance.
The Staffing Partner collaborates with hiring teams to source candidates, coordinate interviews and recommendations, and maintain accurate systems and records across the recruiting lifecycle. The role also includes ensuring required paperwork and audit documentation move forward for new hires and staying current on legal and reporting requirements that impact HR processes.
Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to determine the best fit for approved open positions.
- Solicit qualified candidates in a timely manner using traditional and non-traditional sourcing resources.
- Conduct community networking by attending events and soliciting potential candidates.
- Use the HRIS to review resumes, schedule and conduct pre-screen interviews with hiring managers, and make hiring recommendations.
- Ensure required paperwork is submitted for posting roles, including RFS and Questionnaires.
- Post and update positions in the Applicant Tracking System and on external job boards as required.
- Receive and process resumes and applications promptly, determining whether applicants meet minimum basic requirements.
- Process PI’s for potential applicants.
- Review and ensure recruitment testing is completed and passed.
- Research and implement additional advertising sources for job openings.
- Establish and maintain employee personnel and medical files in compliance with employment laws, AHCA, Joint Commission, and other regulatory bodies.
- Instruct prospective employees on pre-employment testing, follow up to ensure completion, and perform required background checks.
- Ensure required forms are signed and documents are received for prospective and new hires, including notifying state and other agencies as required.
- Maintain I-9 forms and follow up as needed.
- Complete credentialing for Accushield and other agencies as necessary.
- Maintain a New Hire Audit Log and follow up with employees and managers on new hire paperwork.
- Recommend, evaluate, and participate in staffing needs, including making job offers.
- Maintain knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting HR functions.
- Assist with other projects or duties as assigned.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in full cycle clinical recruiting.
- Associate’s degree in business preferred or related field.
- Above average oral and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and customer service skills.
- Computer literacy including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook required.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems required.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret financial reports and legal documents.
- Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers.
- Ability to present information to top management and/or boards of directors.
- Ability to apply fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
- Valid Florida driver’s license.
- Physical requirements include regularly sitting; using hands to finger, handle, feel, and talk or hear; frequently standing, walking, and reaching with hands and arms; occasionally stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling; and lifting up to 10 pounds frequently and up to 25 pounds occasionally.

Compensation and Benefits
Salary: USD 54,000 - 65,000 per year.
