Job Description

Inox Solar Americas is expanding its U.S. clean energy footprint and building out its Greenville, NC team. This onsite High Volume Recruiter role focuses on full-cycle hiring for hourly production, manufacturing, and warehouse positions, while also supporting recruiting for select office and administrative functions. If you want to contribute to meaningful local job growth and help scale a facility through organized, high-throughput recruiting, this opportunity is built for you.

What you’ll do

Lead full-cycle recruiting for hourly production, assembly line, warehouse, and manufacturing support roles, frequently managing 20–50+ open requisitions at a time
Recruit for salaried office and administrative positions (examples include HR, accounting/finance, quality assurance, supply chain, and EHS) by creating job postings, sourcing passive talent, and coordinating interview loops with hiring managers
Source candidates using job boards, community partnerships, local workforce development boards, career fairs, and talent pipelines including ECU and Pitt Community College, plus employee referral programs
Screen high volumes of applicants efficiently while maintaining a strong candidate experience
Partner with plant leadership and production supervisors to align on headcount needs, shift requirements, and role qualifications
Coordinate and run on-site hiring events and job fairs to support surge hiring
Maintain ATS accuracy for pipelines and recruiting data, and report key recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, offer-acceptance rate, source of hire, and cost-per-hire
Extend offers, coordinate pre-employment screening (background checks and drug screening), and manage new-hire paperwork through onboarding handoff
Build relationships with local staffing agencies, NCWorks, and workforce development programs to strengthen sourcing capacity
Track and report weekly hiring metrics to plant leadership and HR management
Continuously improve sourcing strategy and job postings to reduce time-to-fill in a competitive manufacturing labor market

What you bring

2+ years of high-volume or high-velocity recruiting experience, ideally in manufacturing, industrial, warehouse, or production environments
Proven ability to manage a large active requisition load and prioritize effectively under pressure
Experience with ATS platforms such as iCIMS, Workday, ADP, or UKG, and sourcing tools including Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ZipRecruiter
Familiarity with eastern North Carolina’s labor market and local workforce agencies or technical/community college partnerships is a strong plus
Strong organizational skills and comfort working with recruiting metrics and reporting
Interpersonal confidence representing Inox Solar at job fairs, community events, and on the plant floor
