Job Description

G&H Solutions is seeking a Talent Acquisition Recruiter to run full-cycle hiring for a family-owned home remodeling organization. This is an on-site role based in Canoga Park, CA, reporting to the VP of Growth with recruiting execution owned by the role holder.

What You’ll Own

Fill sales training cohorts across each market, maintain consistent inflow of canvassers, and recruit both field and headquarters roles as locations require (including project managers, office admins, and confirmation agents).
Run Indeed accounts end to end, including ad copy, budget management, performance tracking, and managing the applicant flow.
Build and manage additional sourcing channels beyond Indeed, such as college job boards, job fairs, veterans outreach, social media job ads, and referrals.
Phone-screen every candidate directly and prepare qualified applicants for sales managers’ interviews.
Maintain a recruiting funnel from scheduled to showed, offered, started, and 30-day retention.
Own the weekly recruiting report for leadership, including recruiting budget per location and the tracking system that supports reporting.

Required and Preferred Experience

Full cycle recruiting: 2 years (Required)
Recruiting: 2 years (Required)
Remodeling: 2 years (Preferred)
B2B sales: 2 years (Preferred)

In addition, the role requires 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting, including experience recruiting commission-based salespeople for in-home sales, door-to-door, solar, pest, alarms, roofing, HVAC, or car sales.

Success Profile

Ability to identify what a strong sales representative looks like on a 10-minute phone call.
Hands-on approach with high call volume comfort and a preference for calling candidates rather than forwarding résumés.
Experience working and managing a system, including Indeed plus outbound messaging and follow-up discipline.
Ability to organize operations across four markets while producing clean, weekly numbers.
Comfort working in a fast, informal, family-run environment with quick decisions and the ability to push back when processes are not working.
Understanding that the role will expand over time, including building a team under the position rather than functioning as a coordinator.

Reports to the VP of Growth, with recruiting execution handled by the role owner.
HR supports paperwork and onboarding, while recruiting activities are owned by the role holder.
Works with leadership including close coordination with the CEO.
