Responsibilities
- Lead full cycle recruiting for roles supporting US and global teams, with scope that may include corporate, commercial, and/or operations positions depending on hiring plans.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, interview plans, candidate scorecards, and hiring timelines.
- Proactively source and engage candidates through LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and targeted outreach.
- Screen applicants, coordinate interviews, and guide stakeholders through selection and offer decisions.
- Keep the ATS up to date with real-time activity and candidate notes; Jobvite experience is a plus.
- Manage candidate communications from initial outreach to offer acceptance, ensuring a timely and professional experience.
- Support offer processes and pre-onboarding steps in partnership with People & Culture to ensure smooth transitions.
- Track and report recruitment metrics and pipeline health on a global basis; share insights and recommendations to improve outcomes.
- Support global TA projects as needed, including process improvements, interview training, and talent mapping.
- Collaborate with the recruiting team to drive adoption of standardized, scalable hiring processes across the company while upholding consistent and inclusive practices aligned with Funko standards.
- Manage relationships with external partners (agencies, vendors) when required, ensuring quality and value.
- Maintain current knowledge of employment legislation and market trends to keep Funko positioned for top-tier recruitment.
- Undertake miscellaneous duties and cross-team initiatives as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 4-6 years of full life cycle recruiting experience in a corporate environment; consumer products experience is a plus
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems; Jobvite experience is a plus
- Experience sourcing, identifying, attracting, and securing talent through traditional and passive recruiting methods
- Proficient in using recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter to identify candidates
- Blended experience in both technical and non-technical recruiting
- Proven track record of sourcing and closing leadership candidates up to VP level
- Strong communication skills
- Self-starter mentality; comfortable with ambiguity and building programs with limited direction
- Impeccable written and verbal communication and attention to detail
- Creativity, persistence, confidence, and a consistently positive attitude

Salary Information
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $73,600 - $110,000 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

The work environment is typically moderate in noise. The role requires sitting, frequent use of hands to finger, handle, or feel, and talking or hearing.
