This onsite University Recruiter role in Boise focuses on end-to-end recruiting for interns and new college graduates, building strong university partnerships, and shaping talent pipelines while guiding hiring managers and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting for intern and new college graduate roles, including intake, sourcing, screening, and closing
- Serve as primary relationship owner for assigned universities (4–6 core schools)
- Build and sustain diverse, high-quality early-career talent pipelines
- Plan and execute campus recruiting events (career fairs, info sessions, conferences)
- Support end-to-end internship and NCG program lifecycle delivery
- Partner closely with hiring managers to align on workforce priorities, timelines, and candidate profiles
- Provide consultative guidance on recruiting strategy and market insights
- Track and manage recruiting metrics, including pipeline health, conversion rates, and time-to-fill
- Maintain accurate data in recruiting systems and ensure process compliance
- Leverage AI tools and digital platforms to enhance sourcing, candidate engagement, and process efficiency
- Contribute to or lead recruiting initiatives supporting hiring ramps, organizational changes, and operational excellence
- Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes and candidate experience
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, or related field
- 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage programs and execute with precision
- Ability to travel up to 40%
