Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring teams to design sourcing, assessment, and closing strategies, while managing stakeholder expectations with ROI insights.
- Target passive technical candidates and assess role fit by evaluating chemistry and motivation, focusing on fit over selling the role.
- Offer strategic advisory to business leaders on both technical and non technical hiring, delivering measurable results.
- Create sourcing models and talent pools for technical and non technical roles; implement robust search strategies to attract top talent and align job profiles with hiring managers.
- Propose recruitment strategies that support long-term company growth, implement new processes, and refine existing recruitment workflows.
- Document plans with deliverables and timelines, plus a formal tracking process.
- Conduct interviews aligned to the position specification.
- Lead or contribute to special recruiting projects, evaluating interview best practices, leveraging internal talent pools, and identifying top performers for senior roles.
Requirements
- Experience designing and executing candidate sourcing and closing strategies.
- 4+ years in corporate or search firm environments with progressive full life cycle recruiting experience.

Description
The AWS Infrastructure Services Recruiting team seeks a Recruiting Business Partner to support AWS technical teams with candidate generation strategies in collaboration with clients. Successful recruiters on this team set benchmarks, forecast and track metrics, and prioritize to meet service level agreements while building strong relationships with business leaders and hiring managers. This role is aligned to a line of business within AWS, driving recruiting strategy through requirements gathering, interviewing process improvements, and candidate closing, while serving as the primary contact for the business. The ideal candidate earns trust and influences stakeholders autonomously, plans and prioritizes against targets, manages high volume hiring within tight timelines, and uses metrics to drive results, thriving in a growth environment with strong problem solving.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects, and client relationships.
- Experience creating, measuring, and scaling workflows among candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team.
- Experience in data centers, infrastructure service providers, or related technology companies.
