Bilingual Staffing Recruiter

XL Pro Staffing and Consulting is seeking an experienced bilingual recruiter to support hiring across a range of positions in a fast-paced staffing environment. This full-time, onsite role in Mesquite, TX offers $18.00 to $19.00 per hour (with $18.00–$19.00+ based on experience) and a schedule of Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM plus on-call availability. You will be part of a team that values professional communication and relationship-building with candidates and clients.

In this position, you will oversee full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through placement, while maintaining accurate candidate records and coordinating next steps with candidates, hiring managers, and clients. If you are bilingual in English and Spanish and have recruiting experience, this role is designed to put your skills to work across ongoing and upcoming hiring needs.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing through placement.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and position requirements.
• Prepare and update job descriptions and job postings.
• Source qualified candidates using job boards, social media, referrals, and other recruiting platforms.
• Conduct resume reviews, phone screenings, and in-person interviews.
• Assess candidate qualifications, experience, availability, and overall fit.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates and hiring managers.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and upcoming positions.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information.
• Develop positive and professional relationships with candidates and clients.
• Assist with additional recruiting and staffing responsibilities as needed.

Requirements

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Previous recruiting experience required; light industrial staffing agency experience strongly preferred.
• Full-cycle recruiting and candidate screening experience.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Strong sourcing skills and knowledge of social media recruiting platforms.
• Excellent phone, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn recruiting and ATS systems.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced staffing environment.
• Must be available for on-call responsibilities as needed.
