Responsibilities
- Source qualified candidates using Boolean searches, job boards, LinkedIn, databases, and other recruiting platforms
- Identify and engage passive and active candidates via calls, emails, texts, and professional networking
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates across multiple positions
- Conduct candidate outreach and initiate the recruiting communication cycle
- Screen candidates to evaluate qualifications, experience, and overall fit
- Coordinate interviews and maintain regular communication throughout the hiring process
- Manage recruiting activity and candidate records within company systems
- Develop long-term relationships with candidates and maintain an active talent network
- Meet recruiting goals while delivering an outstanding candidate experience
- Represent Prime Partners with professionalism, integrity, and excellent communication
Requirements
- Previous recruiting or talent acquisition experience
- Experience using Boolean search techniques
- Strong candidate sourcing skills across multiple recruiting platforms
- Comfortable making outbound recruiting calls and initiating candidate conversations
- Experience sending candidate outreach through email, text, and messaging platforms
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Comfortable working on a computer throughout the workday
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a commission-based environment
