Job Description

Your Family Haven & Co is a national life insurance brokerage focused on expanding its agent force, and this contract recruiter role is built to drive consistent, measurable candidate flow. Working remotely as a 1099 independent contractor, you will run high-volume outreach, conduct structured phone screening, and keep the pipeline moving from early interest through licensing, carrier contracting, and onboarding.

This position centers on conversion discipline in a CRM/ATS, with daily activity targets and follow-through designed to reduce drop-off during the process.

Key Responsibilities

Execute 100+ daily outbound touchpoints, including cold/warm calls, LinkedIn Recruiter, job board databases, text campaigns, and direct messaging.
Conduct structured phone interviews to assess sales grit, financial motivation, and cultural fit for independent broker roles.
Maintain clean tracking of pipeline metrics inside the company’s CRM/ATS.
Provide consistent follow-up through the stages of licensing, carrier contracting, and onboarding to prevent candidates from dropping off.
Source and engage candidates from transferable, high-rejection industries such as door-to-door (D2D), pest control, roofing, alarms, and B2C closing.

Requirements

1–3+ years of proven high-volume recruiting experience, with sales, financial services, or commission-based recruiting backgrounds strongly preferred.
Confidence to pick up the phone and handle high daily dial volume to drive real conversations.
Ability to self-manage against numbers, understanding recruiting as a direct conversion funnel.
High discipline and organization, with strong autonomy in a remote environment without micro-management.
Persuasive verbal communication skills to pitch the independent brokerage opportunity and move candidates to the next step.
A dedicated, quiet home office with a reliable computer and high-speed internet.
