Responsibilities
- Executes Talent Acquisition functions
- Manage and post open positions
- Maintain and update applicant tracking system as needed
- Create and edit job posting templates
- Review resume submissions to qualify candidates
- Phone screen candidates to identify qualified candidates
- Forward top candidates to hiring supervisor
- Coordinate interview schedules
- Create job offer letters, submit for approval, and extend to candidate
- Executes Pre-boarding functions
- Assign pre-employment test, background, and drug testing
- Submit pre-employment checks, reports, and results to hiring manager
- Prepare, process, and allocate invoices
- Maintain records and interactions with vendors
- Scan and index candidate files
- Creates an Exceptional Customer Experience
- Organize and attend Career Fairs
- Responds to customer's needs in a timely and efficient manner

Requirements
- Undergraduate degree with Human Resource emphasis
- Must possess a valid driver's license and the ability to operate an automobile
