Job Description

As a salaried, year-round local Senior Recruiter for Robinhood Roofing Utah, you will own the rep recruiting pipeline from the first conversation through the first day on the doors. This hybrid role is focused on building outreach, running interviews, tracking performance weekly, and improving retention from launch into day 30 and beyond.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for launching new representatives for Robinhood Roofing Utah, ensuring each candidate moves smoothly from early outreach to training handoff. Recruiting is expected to evolve into sourcing recruiting “captains” through reps’ own networks.

Responsibilities

Own launch outreach end-to-end: identify prospects, run interviews, present the opportunity, and coordinate in-person training while field training is handled by the team.
Work across multiple recruiting channels, including rep referrals, summer-sales reps returning, returned missionaries, BYU and UVU, local events, and organic social.
Hand off new reps to training and share day-30 retention insights with the trainer.
Track recruiting performance metrics and improve outcomes on a weekly cadence.
Develop reps into recruiting captains who source candidates from their own relationships and networks.

Requirements

Proven ability to build a team and manage recruiting metrics, including recruited, launched, and continued production at 90 days.
Recruit through relationships rather than pressure, with a commitment to never oversell income.
Comfortable talking with strangers daily and following up within hours.
Motivation to be measured by rep retention.
No non-compete or non-solicit conflict with a current employer.
Valid Drivers License (required).

Success Metrics

The first 90 days are structured around weekly outreach volume, offer conversion, launch rate, and day-30 retention, supported by a documented process.

By week 4: 40+ weekly outreach conversations and 6+ sit-downs per week.
Weekly pace: 4+ accepted offers and 3+ launched reps per week, targeting a 75%+ launch rate.
Retention and throughput: 3+ launches still producing at day 30, plus a team of 6+ new reps still producing by day 90.
Documentation and visibility: a written recruiting playbook and a weekly dashboard reviewed by the owner every Monday.
Efficient spend: a proven plan for low budget recruiting (little to no ad spend or events), with cost per producing rep tracked.

Year-One Target

Build toward a team of 14+ producing reps quarterly.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

3+ years recruiting for D2D sales teams (pest, solar, alarm, or roofing) strongly preferred.
Experience as a former D2D manager, missionary zone or district leader, or campus recruiter.
Strong Utah County network, including BYU/UVU connections, wards, and mission companion networks.
Uses Sheets, a CRM, and AI tools unprompted.

Compensation & Benefits

$67,700 base salary, stepping to $81,600 when you hit the 90-day scorecard.
$1,000 bonus for every recruit still producing at day 90.
$2,500 bonus for every quarter the team holds 10+ producing reps.
Estimated first-year total of about $94K at plan, with $90K to $120K+ depending on results (estimate not a guarantee).
Health insurance
PTO and paid holidays
Vehicle allowance
Flexible schedule
