Job Description

Optimum is seeking an experienced Executive Recruiter to strengthen its Executive Talent Acquisition team. This onsite role supports strategic sourcing and full-life cycle executive recruiting within the telecommunications industry, focusing on identifying and attracting executive candidates for critical enterprise positions.

Role Overview

This position reports to the Senior Director, Executive Recruiting and supports enterprise hiring needs by building executive candidate pipelines. The role combines market-aware sourcing with structured screening, relationship building, and coordination across the recruiting and hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with hiring leaders to understand business requirements and translate them into sourcing strategies and prospecting messaging.
Execute sourcing plans aimed at identifying and attracting executive-level candidates.
Use a range of sourcing methods, including online databases, professional networks, social media, and industry events, to target executive talent.
Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and talent pools to effectively engage top executive candidates.
Stay current on enterprise priorities and external messaging to support accurate employer value proposition communication.
Conduct initial screening and interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit against client requirements.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with potential candidates to support trust within the executive talent community.
Create comprehensive talent maps and reporting to inform clients about the executive talent landscape.
Collaborate with the talent acquisition team and hiring managers to align sourcing strategies with evolving needs.
Work with the executive recruiting team and related TA resources to support interview coordination and offer processes.
Develop targeted outreach communications for executive candidates, emphasizing the value of career opportunities with clients.
Maintain candidate relationships and gather relevant information to support hiring manager decision-making and reduce hiring risk.
Partner with HR Business Partners on recruitment activities, including hiring plans and timing.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in executive candidate sourcing within talent acquisition or full-life cycle executive recruiting.
Strong understanding of sourcing tools, platforms, and sourcing techniques.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to present effectively to executive leadership.
Capability to evaluate cultural fit and alignment with client values and goals.
Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
Proficiency using applicant tracking systems and data analytics tools.
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Results-driven approach with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

Compensation: USD 102,816 - 168,912 per year
