Job Description

The Hollister Group is seeking a Technical Recruiter to join its Technology Staffing team in Bedford, MA on a hybrid schedule. This role centers on sourcing, screening, and placing technology talent for contract opportunities, with work aligned to full-time remote or hybrid arrangements and Eastern Standard Time hours. The position offers a salary range of USD 50,000 to 60,000 per year and requires at least one year of related experience, with a Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Proactively engage technology professionals through community involvement, professional networking, events, referrals, and online job boards.
Source, screen, and identify qualified technology talent primarily for contract opportunities.
Assess qualifications by interviewing candidates, evaluating responses, verifying references, and comparing fit to job requirements.
Manage the talent interview process from initial interview through to the offer stage.
Collaborate with the sales team to align candidate preferences with client needs.
Provide outstanding customer service and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
Research new technology and stay current on industry trends.
Develop meaningful talent relationships to act as an advocate and resource during the job search.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree preferred, but relevant experience will be strongly considered.
At least one year of experience in customer service, recruiting, or business development within the technology sector.
Knowledge or strong interest in current and emerging technology trends.
Proven ability to build and maintain long-term relationships and networks.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including reliable follow-up.
Excellent organizational, time management, and attention to detail.
Technical skills include Applicant Tracking Systems and Microsoft Office; experience with calendar management software is strongly preferred; Salesforce experience is a plus.
