Job Description
Provalue Group Inc is seeking a Mandarin-speaking Junior Recruiter based in Cranbury, NJ 08512 to support end-to-end recruiting activities. This onsite role emphasizes bilingual communication in Mandarin Chinese and English, along with coordination across candidates, hiring managers, and HR processes.
Role Overview
The Mandarin Speaking Junior Recruiter position provides recruiting support that includes candidate sourcing, resume review, initial phone screening, interview coordination, and assistance with HR-related onboarding tasks. The role also supports hiring for warehouse, logistics, driver, administrative, and office positions.
Key Responsibilities
- Post job openings on recruiting platforms.
- Review resumes and identify candidates who meet the position requirements.
- Conduct initial phone screenings in both Mandarin Chinese and English.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate information and keep recruiting records organized.
- Support onboarding paperwork and assist with new-hire coordination.
- Assist with recruiting needs for warehouse, logistics, driver, administrative, and office roles.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English (required).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfort speaking with candidates by phone, email, text, and WeChat.
- Previous experience in recruiting, HR, staffing, customer service, sales, or administrative work is an asset.

Compensation
The position offers from $19.00 per hour.
