Act as an intermediary between temporary workers and the client by investigating, resolving, and documenting issues such as performance, attendance, payroll, and client complaints.
Listen for client concerns and pain-points, then tailor recruitment and performance reviews to client-specific needs and goals.
Ensure temporary workers follow policies of both Wise Staffing Group and the client.
Coach temporary workers through performance improvement plans, handle discipline professionally, mediate conflicts calmly, and terminate or reassign workers as needed.
Investigate and evaluate worker-related matters involving workers’ compensation, unemployment, or discrimination complaints, resolving swiftly and professionally while routing information appropriately.
Supervise the client site with regular walkthroughs to maintain a productive work environment.
Verify timesheets for temporary workers on site and complete payroll procedures accurately and on time.
