LHH US is hiring a Regional Field Recruiter to support recruiting and onboarding efforts across a defined territory from a Pittsburgh, PA onsite location. This role focuses on building referral networks within skilled trades communities while managing end-to-end recruiting for subcontractor crews, with frequent travel to connect with industry partners.
Working in the field, you will source, recruit, and onboard crews, attend in-person events, and help activate new teams through structured screening and ongoing pipeline tracking. Bilingual Spanish proficiency is required, and the position also considers additional language skills and relevant experience in staffing, construction, skilled trades, or sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, recruit, and onboard subcontractor crews across the assigned territory
- Travel regularly to visit suppliers, distributors, and industry partners
- Attend trade shows, job fairs, and community networking events
- Build and maintain referral networks within skilled trades communities
- Conduct vendor screenings and perform crew evaluations
- Support onboarding and activation of new crews
- Maintain recruiting pipelines and track recruitment activity
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual Spanish is required
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills
- Proven ability to build relationships and develop professional networks
Preferred Qualifications
- Portuguese language skills strongly preferred
- Experience in recruiting, staffing, construction, skilled trades, or sales preferred
- Experience with Vendor Management Systems (VMS) is a plus
Compensation
- $26.00 to $30.00 per hour
