Responsibilities
- Oversee job postings and candidate pipelines across Indeed and other recruiting platforms
- Screen applicants and coordinate interviews with leadership
- Assist with onboarding paperwork, background checks, and new-hire documentation
- Maintain employee files and training records to ensure state regulation compliance
- Monitor employee certifications and training requirements
- Support payroll preparation by reviewing timesheets and verifying hours prior to payroll processing
- Liaise with applicants and staff to facilitate a smooth hiring and onboarding process
- Provide general HR administrative support to leadership as needed
Requirements
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using hiring platforms such as Indeed and managing applicant pipelines
