Responsibilities
- Develop end-to-end sourcing plans for senior and principal level roles spanning database engines, distributed systems, query optimization, replication, and open-source ecosystems.
- Identify candidates who are difficult to reach through deep research, creative sourcing campaigns, company mapping, and referral-driven sourcing.
- Lead structured sourcing sessions with engineering teams to capture signals, solicit referrals, and validate candidate profiles.
- Maintain pipeline health with accurate candidate records, monitor sourcing metrics, and present progress and market insights to stakeholders clearly.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand highly technical requirements and translate them into actionable search strategies.
- Elevate team standards by contributing to sourcing best practices, training, and process improvements across the organization.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of technical recruiting experience in high-volume environments with stringent hiring standards.
- Proven ability to design and execute candidate sourcing and closing strategies.
- Experience recruiting for mid to senior level talent.
